Ugh…Ex’s…My ex-girlfriend posts a message on her FB about “If someone seriously wants to be in your life, they will seriously make an effort to be there ….” Which at first you wouldnt put that as anything to be aimed at someone they are not dating…(its been 6 or 7 months since we dated and no signs point to getting back together)… Then when my phone gets turned back on yesterday (it was off for 1 week) I get a txt from her asking me if everything is ok because she hasnt heard anything from me in awhile. I respond about my phone being off and that I did not receive any txts during the week.  She tells me she thought I was upset with her for some reason. (This was between breaks at work) Then, later on I get a message about her not knowing if I am getting her txts because I am not responding again. My next break is 945pm and I respond that I wasn’t mad and that I like my new schedule and that I cannot txt between breaks… She responded to that with me sending “random txts” (time wise I think) and was acting like she was mad I wasnt responding to her right away.
I kind of feel like she has no right to expect a response at all from me, although I have tried staying friends with her…(Which to me, means that she can expect a txt, but at my leasure). Usually she is the person I respond to the quickest because I would kind of like to be back with her…but she has not led me to believe we would, except now after getting upset with me for not responding to the txts as quickly as she would like me to…
(Another funny thing is I usually have to start our conversations…I wont hear anything from her in a week, then I will say hi and we will have a conversation…)
She has now quickly backpedaled about being upset and she was just “letting me know” that the txts were coming in ar strange times…
What to think/believe??? Man, I hate being single…need to find myself someone…

I hate it when something on my PC stops working while I am using it. My stupid Cd/DVD burner decided to stop working…no reason…just thought it would break on me. At least it is only 25bucks for a new one. But still, I have to take the time to go buy it on my way to work tonight! :( Oh well, it could be worse. Maybe it happened for a reason? :P I can say that about life, but I can’t say that and mean it about a piece of technology! Weird?

I have the option of working 3 12hr shifts…Negatives include working overnight, working Saturdays and Sundays (and Mondays but I already work them), not seeing the people I like and get along with at work and not knowing who I will be working with (if anyone) every week. Positives are that I will have a 4 day weekend every week and will only see the people that annoy me 1 day a week (right now that list is at 2 1/2 people) :) …I dont think it would be too hard to work the 12s since I did it for about 3 1/2 months when I started out as a supervisor until I was able to get a solid crew. I would lose about 2hrs pay (with the differential factored in) unless I came in and picked up a few hours on one of my off days.
